 Farewell to Lisa Loring, Wednesday in the original series The Addams Family (1964-1966).

She was 64 and her death was caused by a stroke brought on by high blood pressure, according to U.S. media reports citing her agent.

Born Lisa Ann DeCinces, Loring was only six years old when she played the character of the sadistic little daughter of Gomez and Morticia Addams. The role gave her international fame. Nevertheless, she retired from the stage to return in the late 1970s. In 1977 she reprised the role of Wednesday Addams in the television movie 'Halloween With the New Addams Family.' She was later part of the cast of the soap opera As the World Turns from 1981 to 1983 where she played the character of Cricket Montgomery.
